Justin obtained his law degree from the Charleston School of Law. He pursued additional study at the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law, where he earned his LL.M. (Master of Laws) in taxation law, making him uniquely qualified to practice in the areas of law he focuses on.
Within his practice, Justin works with a wide range of clients from various backgrounds and situations. No matter the client’s family, financial or business dynamics he approaches his work with thorough consideration to carefully tailor each plan to meet the specific goals and needs of each client. His estate planning practice ranges from simple wills to more sophisticated planning involving revocable and irrevocable trusts, in addition to durable powers of attorney and healthcare directives. Justin's probate practice involves both trust and probate administration. His business practice ranges from business formation, planning and succession to mergers and acquisitions.
Justin grew up in the Greenville area and currently resides near downtown with his wife and daughter.
Director of Marketing & Client Relations
Jessie T. Carroll is the Director of Marketing and Client Relations at Hamrick Law. Mrs. Carroll attended Clemson University and after graduation began her career as the Recruiting Operations Coordinator for the Clemson University Football Department. Mrs. Carroll later became the Player Relations Coordinator for the Paw Journey Department. Throughout her time at Clemson, Mrs. Carroll began the Paw Journey Worldwide program with Mr. Jeff Davis where she took fifteen student-athletes on a five-day service trip to Haiti to distribute shoes to over 500 children and fed over 300 children. Mrs. Carroll began working with Hamrick Law in August of 2017 and is currently involved in Pulse with the Greenville Chamber of Commerce as well as Pacesetters and Greenville Kiwanis Club. Mrs. Carroll and her husband Tyler currently reside in the Greenville area with their twin daughters, Ellie and Laney.
A Greenville transplant, Meg LaCasse is originally from Chicago, Illinois. She attended Furman University for Theatre Arts, and joined the Hamrick Law team in April 2018 after taking several years off to start her family. She resides in Greenville with her husband, two children, and a dog and cat. In addition to spending time with her family, Mrs. LaCasse enjoys lifting weights and hand embroidery.
